Return and Exchange Policy

Valerie's Vivacious Boutique, LLC will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer as long as the return or exchange is initiated within 7 days after delivery to customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 7 days from the receipt of original order. Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping cost. Exchange orders within the 7 day time frame will be charged for the cost of return shipping.


How to Return or Exchange Your Order:

Submit return or exchange requests by email to customerservice@valeriesvivaciousboutique.com. Include your order number in the body of the email. Once we receive your request, we will provide return shipment details.


Once your package is received, we will process your return or exchange within 5 business days.


How to Request a Refund:

Submit refund requests by email to customerservice@valeriesvivaciousboutique.com. Include your order number in the body of the email. Once we receive your request, we will provide return shipment details.


Once your package is received, we will process your refund within 1 business day.


Refunds will be credited to the credit card on file for the original payment. Although we process refunds within 1 business day from the day we receive the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to control this.
